I understand what it is like to have to jump from provider to provider searching for answers and feeling invalidated, unheard, and misunderstood. Many providers these days want to just treat the symptoms instead of truly understanding the heart of the issue. I feel that it is important to take into consideration the whole person.

I provide a nonjudgmental, supportive space where individuals can openly discuss a wide range of concerns that may be considered taboo or uncomfortable by others. This includes topics such as disturbing intrusive thoughts and images, doubts about relationships, fears regarding parenting, anxieties about career choices or personal identity, and any other sensitive matters that people may feel worried to share with those around them due to judgment. In session, individuals are encouraged to express themselves without fear of criticism, enabling a deeper understanding and exploration of their concerns.

Currently accepting BCBS, Cigna, Caterpiller, United Healthcare, UMR, Optum, and Welltrack Connect Credits. Can also provide a superbill for out-of-network insurances.

Grief isn’t just about losing someone. We can experience grief after being diagnosed with a chronic illness, losing a limb, physical or mental functioning, the ability to engage in a hobby, dream opportunities, pets, breakups (even if we are the ones that chose to leave), and more. I am here to help individuals not feel so alone in their grief and to help navigate the range of emotions that can come with loss.

Anxiety disorders and depression are becoming more common. It can be difficult to feel motivated and can significantly impact your self-esteem, relationships, work, or school. I can help you go from surviving to thriving by helping you build coping skills to get back on track with your goals. I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) treatment for anxiety, panic, and OCD. I am also highly experienced in working with individuals that may have substance use disorders or use substances as a coping mechanism, people going through life transitions, and PTSD.

Currently accepting BCBS insurance, Aetna, and private pay. In the process of credentialing with UHC, UMR, Optum, Caterpillar, and Cigna.
