Welcome! I’m Shannon Griffith, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I understand what it is like to have to jump from provider to provider searching for answers and feeling invalidated, unheard, and misunderstood. Many providers these days want to just treat the symptoms instead of truly understanding the heart of the issue. I feel that it is important to take into consideration the whole person.

I provide a nonjudgmental, supportive space where individuals can openly discuss a wide range of concerns that may be considered taboo or uncomfortable by others. This includes topics such as disturbing intrusive thoughts and images, doubts about relationships, fears regarding parenting, anxieties about career choices or personal identity, and any other sensitive matters that people may feel worried to share with those around them due to judgment. In session, individuals are encouraged to express themselves without fear of criticism, enabling a deeper understanding and exploration of their concerns.

Currently accepting BCBS, Cigna, Caterpiller, United Healthcare, UMR, Optum, and Welltrack Connect Credits. Can also provide a superbill for out-of-network insurances.
